Sunday, October 24
Police charge an unidentified 17-year-old male from Cornwall with assault in the third degree, after he was allegedly involved in a fight in the parking lot of Cornwall Plaza.
Police charge Dianne Dias, 40, of New Windsor with unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Route 9W.
Monday, October 25
Police charge 33-year-old Jorge Adriano of New York City with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to keep right and an equipment violation on Quaker Avenue.
Police charge an unidentified 17-year-old male from Cornwall with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property after he was found to be possessing a GPS unit that was recently reported stolen from a parked vehicle.
Wednesday, October 27
Police charge 19-year-old Emmanuel Quinones, of Newburgh, with speeding and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Route 32.
Thursday, October 28
Police charge 51-year-old Paul Rizzi of Newburgh with unlawful possession on marijuana and with driving a vehicle with a suspended registration on Route 9W.
Police charge 19-year-old Paul Tuthill, of Washingtonville, with criminal mischief in the third degree and reckless endangerment for an incident that occurred on June 16, 2010.

Police charge Brian Fracique, 27, of New York City, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving a vehicle with a suspended registration and expired insurance on Route 32.
Police charge Danielle Dattilo, 38, of Highland Mills, with driving with a suspended registration and with an expired inspection.
Police charge 21-year-old Suada Kolenovic, 21, of Middletown, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with speeding on Route 94.
