General News: Modifed Runners End Winning Season

The Cornwall Central Middle School Modified Cross Country teams finished their season with fast times and first places!
At the final meet in Washingtonville on a 1.5 mile course, 8th graders Ashley Wallace (9:11-1st place) and Aiden Doyle (8:31-3rd place) finished in the top ranks. Hanna Colson (10:21), Emma Sweeney (10:33), Kristina Langston (10:54), Brendan Kachou (8:36), Kyle Sullivan (9:18), and Nick Shaw (11:04) rounded out strong 8th grade performances.
For the 7th graders, David Brubacher (8:19-1st place) and Michael Miller (8:55-3rd place) were top runners. Andy Lujan (9:33), Christian Scileppi (10:38), Nick Torres (11:38), Tim Melvin (11:51), Vicky Caroli (9:30), Alice Morgan (10:03), Liz Mozo (10:30), Amanda Guido (11:33), and Kelsey Rebele (13:38) brought in great runs for Cornwall.
Coach Farrell and Coach Evans put runners through hard practices every day which led to a great finish to the year.
