12:08 am Police respond to a report of a loose dog on Idlewild Avenue that is reunited with its owner later that morning.
8:33 am Police issue a ticket to a driver parked illegally on Maple Avenue Ext.
Thursday, October 7
5:16 pm Police assist town police with a mother-daughter domestic dispute.
Friday, October 8
10:20 pm Police issue a parking ticket to a vehicle on Hudson Street.
2:54 pm Police take a report of a stolen flower planter with yellow mums and a welcome sign attached to it that was taken from a porch on Vinebrook Street.
2:43 pm Police issue a ticket to a driver for going 76 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 9W.
Saturday, October 9
9:33 am Police issue a ticket to a driver for talking on a cell phone while driving on Homeland Avenue.
3:15 pm Police respond to a report of two teens skateboarding at the bandstand, tell them to pick up debris in the area and move them along.
6:21 pm Police respond to a report of a subject struck in the head by a door at the River Bank restaurant.
7:16 pm Police investigate a report of harassing phone calls made to a woman by her former boyfriend.
Sunday, October 10
9:46 am Police issue a driver a ticket for speeding on Shore Road and for having an expired vehicle inspection.
11:15 am Police issue two tickets to vehicles parked at the riverfront without a permit.
5:51 pm Police move along a group of juveniles at the Cornwall-on-Hudson elementary school.
4:41 pm Polie issue a ticket to a vehicle parked at the riverfront without a permit.
Monday, October 11
12:20 am Police stop a group of three subjects on Payson Road and determine one of them, a 15-year-old male, had been smoking marijuana and had a small amount of it on his person. Subject is turned over to his mother.
1:41 pm Police respond to Cumberland Farms for a report of juvenile who tried to steal a package of beef jerky and who became disruptive when confronted by the manager.
5:51 pm Police respond to a report of a large flower pot stolen the previous night from a home on Meadow Avenue.
