Police arrest an unidentified 17-year-old male from New Windsor for possession of marijuana after he and two companions were found at Angola Road Park with a partially smoked marijuana “blunt” on the ground next to the table. Subjects volunteered to clean up the picnic table area of garbage and empty drug paraphernalia, then moved along.
