Monday, September 20, 2010
Police charge 21-year-old Arcil Omar Castillo of Newburgh with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and driving without a license after stopping his vehicle on Angola Road.
Police charge 28-year-old Terris Taylor of West Point with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with an equipment failure.
Tuesday, September 21
Police charge 20-year-old Greg Gonzalez of Cornwall with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with speeding on Mill Street.
Police charge Martha Perez, 46, of Cornwall, with driving a vehicle with a suspended registration.
Thursday, September 23
Police charge 40-year-old Josephn Manno of Cornwall with issuing a bad check.
Police charge 23-year-old Joseph McCord of Monroe with reckless endangerment and harassment in the second degree after he allegedly slapped and shove his ex-girlfriend and pushed her out of the car while it was in motion.
Police charge 23-year-old Jaziel Gutierrez of Yonkers with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Quaker Avenue.
Police charge Brad Young, 30, of Cornwall with aggravated unlicensed operation pf a motor vehicle in the third degree and an equipment failure.
Police charge 25-year-old Andrew Cozzocrea of Carmel with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and with speeding on Main Street.
Friday, September 24
Police arrest 20-year-old Jermel Doick of Washingtonville on an arrest warrant.
Police arrest 21-year-old Osvaldo Paca of Danbury, CT on an arrest warrant.
Police arrest 30-year-old Andrew Uebel of New Windsor on an arrest warrant.

Police arrest 22-year-old Richard Lapinski of New Windsor on an arrest warrant.
Sunday, September 26
Police charge 30-year-old Christopher Rea of Cornwall-on-Hudson with assault in the third degree after he is allegedly involved in a fight at Castaways.
Police charge 40-year-old Tiffany Clarke of Newburgh with disorderly conduct, a violation, after she allegedly refused to refrain from yelling and shouting obscenities in a public place, the Lee Road playground.
Police charge 53-year-old Richard Lapinski of New Windsor with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, unlicensed driver, failure to keep right and speeding on Mount Airy Road.
