To the Editor:
This is a reminder for all who would like to participate in the Cornwall-on-Hudson Village-Wide Yard Sale on Saturday, October 16, 2010. This event will be held rain or shine from 9 AM to 4 PM. All village residents are invited to participate.
This event is being held in conjunction with our Fall cleanup week, which begins on Monday, October 18. We are advertising in the Orange County County newspapers, at West Point and on the village web-site. There is no fee --- it’s free!!
We have approximately 50 families participating so if you would like to be on the list, call 534-4200 and press extension 385 and leave your address. That’s all I need. A list will be compiled and on the day of the sale shoppers will stop at the village hall to pick up a map of our village and the list of locations.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at 534-9367. Otherwise, let’s get ready and enjoy the day. Thanks.
