“Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary…”
So begins The Raven, the epic poem by Edgar Allan Poe about a late night visit from the bird that provokes remorse and longing in him.
The Cornwall Public Library is planning a night reading of The Raven on October 22nd as part of the county-wide staging of POEtry Readings throughout the month.
If you’d like to be part of this literary event, the library invites you to a planning meeting on October 5th at 7 pm.
