Police sharge 25-year-old Vernon Mooreland of New Windsor with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

12:00 pm Police take a report of harassment involving the boyfriend of a former spouse.
3:39 pm Police issue a ticket to a driver using a cell phone while operating a vehicle on Academy Avenue.
5:44 pm Police issue a ticket to a driver for not wearing a seatbelt on Route 218.
6:19 pm Police advise a group of at least a dozen juveniles at the bandstand to move along.
9:09 pm Police respond to a report of two males causing a disturbance at the DB Mart and advise them.

4:26 pm Police respond to a domestic incident.
5:57 pm Police investigate a reported case of harassment and advise the alleged perpetrator.
6:58 pm Police respond to a moped vs. motor vehicle accident on Dock Hill Road with injuries.

6:03 pm Police assist town police in locating a 16-year-old male subject on foot who is a suspect in an assault that occurred in the village. The investigation of the incident continues the next day.

11:24 am Police transport a psychiatric 84-year-old male to the hospital for evaluation.
4:42 pm Police respond to a tw0-car motor vehicle accident on Hudson Street.
4:59 pm Police respond to the bandstand for a report of juveniles yelling obscenities and move them along. A similar report was filed at 8:26 pm.

2:56 pm Police issue a ticket to a driver on Hudson Street.
5:30 pm Police issue tickets to two vehicles parked at the riverfront without stickers.
6:10 pm Police respond to a report of a hiker on Route 218 who had been struck by a rock or possibly an acorn and felt light headed. Hiker given a courtesy transport to his residence.
6:57 pm Police remove a large group of juveniles at the Cornwall-on-Hudson elementary school.

12:33 pm Police take a report of the larceny of items from a vehicle on Idlewild Park Drive.
