Police charge 44-year-old Kenneth Graham of New Windsor with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with speeding.

11:45 am Police transport an intoxicated male and female who were found sleeping in a parking lot on Hudson Street. The female said they were at a party and got tired while walking home.
