Monday, July 5
Police charge Octavius Kimbrough, 22, of New Windsor, with tailgating and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Route 32.
Thursday, July 8
Police arrest Khizar Waqar, 41, of New Rochelle, on a bench warrant for an unpaid fine of $50 from 1994.
Police charge Justin Seaman, 23, of Cornwall, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and also charge him with an equipment violation.
Saturday, July 10
Police charge Marie Castagnetta, 39, of New Windsor, with criminal impersonation.
Police charge Serana Senatore, 37, of Monroe, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Police charge Jennifer McCarthy, 50, of New Windsor, with having a dog at large.
Police charge Justin Seaman, 23, of Cornwall, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
