General News: Town Appoints Master Plan Review Cmte.

The Cornwall town board has approved the members of a new committee that will review the town’s comprehensive master plan and make recommendations for updates to the seven-year-old document.
On Monday, the board members voted to appoint their fellow councilman, Kerry McGuinness as chair, along with Jim McGee, Douglas Land, Marc Cote and Lorraine Bennett.
Last week, town supervisor Kevin Quigley said that he would like to see the 2004 comprehensive plan reviewed before making a move to acquire property at the New York Military Academy.
