Arrests

Sunday, May 30
Police charge 31-year-old David Levers, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and with attempted harassment in the second degree.

Police charge a 48-year-old female from Cornwall-on-Hudson with attempted harassment in the second degree in a domestic incident.

Monday, May 31
Police charge 27-year-old Christopher Diesing, of Poughquag, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.

Tuesday, May 25

11:49 am Police speak with a male subject who was observed slapping a young child at Key Bank.

Police issue tickets to two vehicles parked at the riverfront without a permit.

Police issue a ticket to a driver for failing to stop at a stop sign at River Avenue and Shore Road.

10:10 pm Police take a report of a motor vehicle accident with property damage in the parking lot of village hill.


Wednesday, May 26
5:50 pm Police issue a ticket to a driver for talking on a cell phone while driving.

9:33 pm Police issue parking tickets to six vehicles parked at the riverfront without a permit.


Thursday, May 27
Police issue tickets to two drivers for talking on a cell phone while driving.

Police issue ticket to fourteen drivers for not wearing a seatbelt.

Police issue a ticket to a driver for speeding on Hudson Street.


Friday, May 28
Police issue a ticket to a vehicle parked at the riverfront without a permit.

Police issue tickets to six drivers for not wearing a seatbelt.

Police issue tickets to three drivers for talking on the phone while driving.

Police issue a ticket to a driver for an inadequate muffler.

Police advise a dog owner that his barking dog is disturbing the neighbors on Willis Avenue.
