Arrests
Monday, May 10
Police charge Richard Lipanski,, age 22, of New Windsor, with unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Tuesday, May 11
Police charge Michael A. Calabrese, age 57, of Cornwall, with assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury.
Saturday, May 15
Police charge Diethard Huck 19, of Newburgh, with attempted assault in the third degree with intent to cause physical injury after a road rage incident on Route 94.
Police charge two unidentified 16-year-olds, one male and one female, with criminal trespass after they were observed inside the vacant CVS building at 10:45 pm.
