Monday, March 1
3:32 am Police respond to a father-son domestic dispute involving alcohol.
10:57 am Police issue a ticket to a driver for going 76 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 32.
6:13 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Route 94 and impound the vehicle of one of the drivers who did not have a valid driver’s license.
Tuesday, March 2
8:20 pm Police take a report of a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident with property damage in the parking lot of Fiddlestix café.
9:09 pm Police take a call from a woman who cannot find her vehicle at the train station and later realizes that she got off at the wrong station.
Wednesday, March 3
3:30 am Police charge 27-year-old Jose Martinez, of Newburgh, with possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree (two oxycodene tablets).
11:26 am police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Route 9W and Old West Point Road.
3:34 pm Police respond to Maple Street for a report of angry people yelling at a Central Hudson crew for closing the road to make a repair.
4:11 pm Police respond to a fight in progress at a private residence.
5:40 pm Police find a beagle on J.R. Court and the animal control officer takes it to the Blooming Grove shelter.
Thursday, March 4
12:24 am Police charge 24-yaer-old Henry Perez, of Washingtonville, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
1:18 am Police assist village police with a domestic dispute.
10:46 am Police ticket a person driving without a license and impound his vehicle.
10:58 am Police issue a ticket to a driver for failing to wear a seatbelt.
2:00 pm Police take a report of a minor motor vehicle accident on Maple St.
2:23 pm Police notify the parents of juvenile who was harassing another juvenile.
7:56 pm Police issue a ticket to a driver for going 70 mph in a 45 mph zone on Willow Avenue.
8:02 pm Police assist COVAC with an emotionally disturbed person being transported to the hospital.
8:11 pm Police respond to a request for help with an emotionally disturbed person who had not taken her medication.
11:12 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident in Five Corners.

12:40 am Police charge 18-year-old Jason Brown, of New Windsor, and Jose Martinez, 24, of Newburgh, wih unlawful possession of marijuana.
12:40 pm Police respond to a minor motor vehicle accident in the parking lot of 1 Landmark Drive.
2:54 pm Police issue a ticket to a driver for an expired inspection sticker.
3:15 pm Police charge with 28-year-old Jessica Turner with driving with a suspended license and driving a vehicle with no inspection sticker.
3:19-4:08 pm Police issue ticket to three drivers on Route 9W with expired inspection stickers.

12:47 pm Police investigate a report made by a woman who received a harassing phone call.
