6:16 am Polcie respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Route 9W.
8:10 am Police assist with a disorderly adult at the Cornwall hospital emergency room whom the Blooming Grove police wanted to interview.
8:35 am Police investigate a report of a damage done to a vehicle by apparently by a co-worker of the vehicle’s owner.
9:28 am Police issue a traffic ticket to a driver for going 74 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 9W
11:00 am Police issue a ticket to a driver for going 79 mph in a 55 mph zone near Quaker Avenue.
3:47 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Orrs Mills Road.
Tuesday, February 16
9:26 am Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Main Street.
12:10 pm Police respond to a one car motor vehicle accident in which a car spun out at the high point of Route 218 and went into a snowbank.
12:27 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with injuries in which a car hit a pole on Route 32.
12:49 pm Police respond to a report of vehicles stuck on Route 9W, with one vehicle on the mountain sideways, creating a hazard to others.
1:35 pm Police respond to a 2-car motor vehicle accident on Hasbrouck Avenue but do not find anything.
Wednesday, February 17
12:02 pm Police take a brown lab dog into custody after finding it roaming on Main Street.
4:05 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Quaker Avenue.
Thursday, February 18
7:01 am Police issue a ticket for an uninspected motor vehicle to a driver on Route 9W.
8:30 am Police issue a ticket for an uninspected motor vehicle to a driver on Route 9W.
10:48 am Police respond to a fire in a police car parked at Phil’s Service garage (see story and photo).
2:07 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident at Quaker Avenue and Route 32.

4:08 pm Police respond to Cornwall hospital for a report that four patient files from the day before were missing.
6:02 pm Police investigate a report of three vehicles that had driven over the golf course fairway the previous evening.
Friday, February 19
7:10 am Police arrest 27-year-old Michael Ramos, of New City, on three warrants against him issued by the Clarkstown police department.
8:04 am Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at Route 94 and Jackson Avenue (see full story).
1:41 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Route 94 that occurred when a driver took evasive action to avoid hitting a vehicle that had stopped suddenly.
5:21 pm Police stop a vehicle with one brake light operational and determine that neither the driver nor the passenger had a valid license. Police impound the vehicle and ticket the driver.
7:47 pm Police investigate a report from a man who said that he was walking on the sidewalk in front of the town park when he saw a tall male subject with a white jacket with the hood pulled tight around his face walking opposite him. The first man states that the other man seemed to wait for vehicle traffic to leave the area then rushed at him and punched him in the side of the head. The man said the other man ran towards the village boder and he attempted to chase him but lost sight of him near the library.
9:19 pm Police charge 45-year-old John Zajac, of Rochester, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with speeding on Route 32.
Saturday, February 20
1:50 am Police charge 40-year-old Richard Mlady, of Chester, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with an equipment violation after stopping his vehicle on Route 9W.
2:10 am Police charge 34-year-old Samantha Hill, of Cornwall, with DWI, a misdemeanor, and with unsafe lane change.
Sunday, February 21
2:37 pm Police charge 34-year-old Stephen Anzalone, of with driving with a suspended license and with speeding on Laurel Avenue.
8:29 pm Police respond to a husband and wife verbal domestic dispute
