Monday, February 1
12:50 pm Police return to a vacant Duncan Avenue residence with one of the property owners who is shown how unknown subjects gain entrance to the house and where evidence of a beer pong party can be seen. “No Trespassing” signs are posted.
5:16 pm Police charge 31-year-old Shalanda Williams, of Newburgh, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Speeding and failure to stop at a stop sign at Shore Road and River Avenue.
7:52 pm Police and fire respond to an alarm triggered at a Taft Place residence by burst water pipes. Water and power are turned off.
11:18 pm Police follow-up on a reported dog bite of a child. Dog’s papers are up-to-date and minor scratch reported by the subject,
