Sunday, August 26
1:41-2:19 p.m. Police issue two summonses to vehicles parked without a permit at the riverfront.
9:53 p.m. Police investigate a report of eggs thrown at a residence on Pine Street. (See full story here.)
10:43 p.m. Police respond to a report of a juvenile on the roof on the Presbyterian Church and found nobody at this time.
Monday, August 27
6:40 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Hudson Street to a 26-year-old person from Pearl River.
6:54 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Payson Road to a 20-year-old male from New Windsor.
9:33 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation to a 17-year-old male from New Windsor.
9:46 p.m. Police arrest Gabriel Lopez, 23, of New Windsor, for driving with a suspended license on Hudson Street.
10:42 p.m. Police respond to a noise complaint and tell a group of juveniles on Hudson Street to move along.
Tuesday, August 28
1:04 a.m. Police assist town police in responding to a report of juveniles on the porch on a new unoccupied residence on Lee Road and transport the juveniles to their homes.
9:43 a.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Hudson Street to a 48-year-old male from Cornwall.
9:53 a.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violaton on Route 9W to a 21-year-old female from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
1:31 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Shore Road to a 23-year-old male from New Windsor.
2:38 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Hudson Street to a 19-year-old male from Cornwall.
4:51 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Hudson Street to a 60-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
7:13 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Hudson Street to a 31-year-old male from Highland Mills.
8:15 p.m. Police investigate a domestic dispute between a married couple.
9:30 p.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Hudson Street to a 56-year-old male from Upper Nyack.

6:22 a.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 218 to a 55-year-old male from Vail’s Gate.
10:44 a.m. Police issue a summons for a vehicle and traffic violation on Hudson Street to a 41-year-old male from New Windsor.
11:44 a.m. Police respond to a report of juveniles on bikes and sitting on the steps of the elementary school, throwing their bikes into the roadway. They are moved along.
