Monday, January 18
6:38 am Police issue a ticket to a driver for improper brake lights on Route 9W.
2:20 pm Police respond to a report of a male drinking beer in the town park and on arrival observe a subject drinking a 24-oz. Coors beer while sitting on a park bench near the gazebo Police charge 58-year-old Bruce Markle, of Cornwall, with violating the open container law.
8:04 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Little League Drive in which the subject, an elderly female, is conscious but unable to exit because the impact damaged the door. The operator said that her windshield had fogged up and she thought she was at the intersection of Hudson Street but instead drove onto the grass and struck a tree.
Tuesday, January 19
10:25 am Police take a report of a vehicle whose mirror was struck while parked on Main Street.
10:34 am Police respond to a domestic dispute.
10:47 am Police respond to a domestic dispute.
5:59 pm Police respond to a minor two-car motor vehicle accident with property damage on Main Street and Union Street.
Wednesday, January 20
1:00 am Police charge 44-year-old Gary Stewart, of New Windsor, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating out of class, and with having a faulty headlight on Route 32.
3:30 pm Police charge 60-year-old Nathaniel Burch, of New Wndsor, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with an equipment failure on Route 32.
4:04 pm Police issue a ticket for a driver with an expired inspection sticker.
4:22 pm Police take a report from a woman who said someone slashed a tire on her vehicle while it was parked on Firth Street.
4:28 pm Police take a report of a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Lee Road.
7:47 pm Police respond to a mother-daughter domestic dispute.
10:50 pm Police arrest 27-year-old Jennifer Mulholland, of Walden, for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and for speeding on Route 32.

3:39 pm Police respond to a two-car motor vehicle accident on Jackson Avenue and Route 94.
7:41 pm Police detain a youth offender wanted for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle by the Orange County Sheriff.
8:20 pm Police stop a vehicle for a traffic violation on Mill Street and charge an underage male passenger with criminal possession of a hypodermic needle and a controlled susbstance that was found to be heroin in a glassine envelope.
Friday, January 22
10:36 am Police take a report from a man who said that his wallet containing five $20 bills was missing and he believes a friend of his roommate may have taken it.
4:40 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Main Street.
9:35 pm Police respond to a report of an injured deer on Orrs Mills Road and dispatch the animal.
10:50 pm Police charge 38-year-old Eric Pantaleone, of Rock Hill, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after stopping him for speeding on Route 32. When his girlfriend, Melessa Reyes, 33, of Cornwall, comes to pick him up, police
charge Reyes with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle as well.
Saturday, January 23
4:45 pm Police respond to a domestic dispute involving a disorderly juvenile armed with a knife who locked himself in a room of a house.
6:10 pm Police charge 33-year-old Joshua Gross, of New Windsor, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after he was stopped on Route 32 for failure to keep right.
Sunday, January 24
2:56 pm Police issue a traffic ticket to a driver for driving 63 mph in a 40 mph zone on Angola Road.
5:45 pm Police issue a ticket to a driver for driving 52 mph in a 30 mph zone on Orrs Mills Road.
