General News: Input Sought on School Budget
January 25, 2010
From the Cornwall Central School District Board of Education
The Cornwall Central School District board of education invites residents of the district to join the School Budget Advisory Committee.
For the past four years, SBAC has helped the board understand community concerns regarding the budget and has served as a conduit for sharing information.
Committee members will participate in four meetings to learn about the budget process and the 2010-11 budget.
School board member Charles Frankel will chair the committee along with community member Peter Brandt, with assistance from board vice chair Melanie Mulroy-Robinson and board member James Congelli. The district superintendent, Timothy Rehm, assistant superintendent for business, Harvey Sotland, and the assistant superintendent for instruction, Michael Brooks, will make presentations.
If you would like to serve, please contact Jean Hach, board secretary, at 534-8009, ext. 7000 by Feb. 12.
