Police investigate a report of damage to a vehicle that may have involved in a hit-and-run accident on Meadow Avenue. Police charge the driver with leaving the scene of an accident and is charged with driving with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

1:52 pm Dog warden Al Conley removes an unwanted dog in the yard of a property on Paula Court and transport it to the dog shelter in Blooming Grove.

7:43 am Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Mountain Road that occurred due to snowy conditions.
8:48 pm Police arrest 58-year-old James Koho of Cornwall-on-Hudson with driving while intoxicated after police observe him drive over the sidewalk outside Village Pizza and perform a sobriety test on him.

5:06 am Police respond to a complaint of loud music playing in a vehicle parked in a driveway on Holts Lane for the past hour and advise the subject who complies.
8 am Police respond to a report of a male with no shirt and shirts walking on Avenue A who appears to be heavily intoxicated and at risk of hypothermia.
