Monday, December 21
1:40 am Police respond to a vehicle in the ditch on Route 9W and tow the vehicle after the driver and passengers were found not to possess valid licenses.
6:49 am Police take a report of a window of a car parked on Dimiceli Road that had been broken overnight.
10:00 am Police take a report of aggravated harassment.
3:51 pm Police charge 21-year-old Randahl Schmidt, of Cornwall, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana and driving while impaired by drugs after stopping his vehicle on Route 32. He is handed over to Woodbury police where he was wanted on an outstanding warrant for petit larceny.
9:13 pm Police respond to a two-car motor vehicle on I-87.
10:08 pm Police assist Cornwall hospital with a disorderly parent of a patient.
10:18 pm Police respond to a one-car motor vehicle accident on I-87.
Tuesday, December 22
12:01 am Police issue a ticket for a broken headlight and a ticket for an expired license to a driver on Quaker Avenue.
1:07 am Police charge 19-year-old Anthony Ayala, of Monroe, with reckless driving, use of unreasonable speed and failure to obey a police officer after assisting the town of New Windsor police in stopping his vehicle on Main Street, where he also damaged a parked vehicle on Main Street.
1:56 pm Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Willow Avenue.
6:02 pm Police respond to a report of a vehicle off the road on Route 32.

8:49 am Police take a report of a larceny from a vehicle on Cristal Court.
4:42 pm Police issue a traffic ticket to a driver with no license on Route 32.
