8:33 a.m. Police arrest 23-year-old Justin Seaman, of Cornwall, for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after he was stopped for allegedly speeding

5:22 p.m. police respond to a minor motor vehicle accident on Route 32.

8:20 p.m. Police respond to a domestic dispute.


Wednesday, December 9
2:42 a.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Route 32.

5:58 a.m. Police assist a driver whose car had gone off the road on Route 9W.

6:40 a.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Route 218.

7:54 a.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with personal injuries on Route 32.

7:00 p.m. Police recover a bicycle found in the snow near Applied Systems Technology on Route 9W.

7:25 p.m. Police investigate a report of damage to the second drive through at CVS.

8:30 a.m. Police issue a ticket to a driver for failing to stop at a stop sign on Pleasant Hill Road at Route 32.

9:32 a.m. Police respond to a two-car motor vehicle accident on Academy Avenue and Main Street.

12:32 p.m. Police respond to a report of a truck that damaged the fence at the town sewer plant.

4:13 p.m. Police issue a ticket to a woman for talking on her cell phone while driving on Rotue 32.



Saturday, December 12
8:57 a.m. Police dispatch a seriously injured deer on Route 9W.

10:02 a.m. Police investigate a report of stolen Christmas decorations on Main Street.

1:32 p.m. Police investigate a report of a purse stolen at Castaway’s bar.

4:10 p.m. Police charge 21-year-old John Spanakos, of Nanuet, with unlicensed possession of marijuana after stopping him for a traffic violation on Hudson Street.
