Sunday, June 24
12:11 a.m. Police respond to a report of fireworks in the area of Cherry Avenue and do not hear any.
12:53 a.m. Police investigate a report of an adult serving alcohol to a 14-year-old minor girl. After interviewing subjects the police determine that an adult never served alcohol to the minor but the minor did serve herself two alcoholic drinks.
1:29 a.m. Police respond to Cast-aways for a noise complaint.
2:26 a.m. Police respond to a request from a parent asking police to go to her home where a party is in progress and ask everyone there to leave except her daughter.
10:26 a.m. Police issue a summons to Daniel Elliott, 31, of New Windsor, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
11:38 a.m. Police issue a summons to Sixto Labrin, 45, of New Windsor, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
4:20 p.m. Police issue a summons to Danielle Desiderio, 25, of Newburgh, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
6:20 p.m. Police issue two summonses to Mathew Henry, 19, of Pal Coast, and Christian Palmer, 19, of Washingtonville, for vehicle and traffic violations.
8:49 p.m. Police issue a summons to Steven Plazsun, 24, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
10:09 p.m. Police issue a summons to Nicole Komondorea, 21, of New Windsor, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
Monday, June 25
8:15 a.m. Police investigate a report of criminal mischief at Cornwall-on-Hudson elementary school in which a front glass door was smashed.
9:23 a.m. Police investigate a report from a maintenance worker at Cornwall-on-Hudson elementary school that he found what appeared to be a bag containing drugs on the front steps of the school.
5:29 p.m. Police respond to a report of juveniles shooting off fireworks at the elementary school and tell juveniles there to move along.
7:26 p.m. Police issue a summons to Linda Koch, 50, of New Windsor, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
8:00 p.m. Police observe a car “peeling off” on Hudson Street and issue Robert Sterling, 18, of Cornwall, a summons for an unsafe start.
Wednesday, June 27
9:01 a.m. Police take a report from a resident of Bayview Avenue that someone threw an unwanted Yellow Book on his front lawn.
6:45 p.m. Police respond to a report of juveniles skateboarding at Cornwall-on-Hudson elementary school and tell youths to leave.
