Thursday, June 21
12:19 a.m. Police observe two females coming out of the woods at Shore Road and Wood Avenue and on inspection smell alcohol and find ten-12 ounce bottles of Bud Light in the backpack of a 17-year-old who is charged with unlawful possession of alcoholic beverages.
2:24 a.m. Police interview a female on foot on Mountain Road who said she had argued with a friend and was visibly upset and smelled of alcohol.
2:53 a.m. Police observe a subject jump over a fence at a residence on Hudson Street and follow him to find about six subjects in the yard with beer bottles on the table. None of the subjects were 21 or older and none of them said the beer was theirs. One of the subjects, 19-year-old Michael Kussman, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, is found to have marijuana in his possession and he is charged with unlawful possession of the drug.
3:49 a.m. Police respond to a complaint of noisy juveniles at Cumberland Farms, find a group nearby and advise them to quiet down.
10:25 a.m. Police advise a group of juveniles skateboarding on Hudson Street to move along.
6:08 p.m. Police issue a summons to Alexander Costa, 21, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
6:31 p.m. Police arrest Randahl Schmidt, 19, of New Windsor for driving with a suspended license and issue him a summons for driving with a fractured windshield.
Friday, June 22
1:36 a.m. Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident involving a town of Cornwall police car on Route 9W.
9:00 a.m. Police issue a summons to Augustus Petro, 21, of Chester, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
2:04 p.m. Police respond to a complaint of juveniles at the Cumberland Farms store.
6:44 p.m. Police issue a summons to a vehicle parking without a permit at the riverfront.
9:08 p.m. Police check local businesses after village lost electrical power due to a motor vehicle accident on Old Forge Hill Road in New Windsor.
Saturday, July 23
12:23 p.m. Police respond to a report of a customer at Cumberland Farms arguing with the store clerk about the condition of the air machine.
1:02 p.m. Police respond to a complaint of an adult harassing a youth and calling the youth names. Police speak with all parties.
4:06 p.m. Police issue a summons to a vehicle parking without a permit at the riverfront.
4:19 p.m. Police issue a summons to a vehicle parking without a permit at the riverfront.
7:45 p.m. Police issue a summons to Justin Chiarot, 21, of Jackson, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
8:35 p.m. Police issue two summonses to Deanna DeGroat, 20, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, for vehicle and traffic violations.
10:30 p.m. Police issue a summons to Javier Rojas, 21, of Warwick, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
10:49 p.m. Police issue three summonses to Christopher Raabe, 19, of Salisbury Mills, for vehicle and traffic violations.
