Monday, June 11
8:01 a.m. Police respond to a domestic husband-wife dispute.
9:38 a.m. Police issue a summons to Helen Levin, 46, of Tappa, for driving 61 mph in a 40 mph zone.
9:55 a.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Route 9W in which driver hit a guardrail.
12:10 p.m. Police issue a summons to Ralph Paukovits, 69, of Washingtonville, for driving 58 mph in a 40 mph zone on Route 94.
12:17 p.m. Police issue two summonses to Tiffany Jackson, 18, of Newburgh, for driving 71 mph in a 55 mph zone and for an expired inspection sticker.
2:31 p.m. Police issue a summons to Hoh Seman, 22, of Honesdale, for driving 65 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 9W.
2:49 p.m. Police issue a summons to Kathie Vasquez, 21, of Newburgh, for driving 63 mph in a 45 mph zone.
3:14 p.m. Police issue a summons to Angel Castro, 64, of the Bronx, for driving 62 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 9W.
3:37 p.m. Police issue a summons to Nicholas Revelo, 24, of Southlake, for driving 64 in a 40 mph zone on Angola Road.
5:16 p.m. Police respond to a report of a fire at Main Street Cutters at 45 Quaker Avenue.
7:05 p.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Mineral Springs Road.
7:52 p.m. Police issue summonses to illegally parked vehicles at Quaker Plaza.
8:07 p.m. Police respond to a complaint from an employee of Cornwall Public Library regarding an argumentative patron. Patron advised.
9:04 p.m. Police respond to Cornwall hospital for a report of a passenger in a cab who jumped out without paying the fare. The driver said he picked up a female at St. Luke’s hospital in Newburgh who told him she was having a heart attack and ran into the emergency room of Cornwall hospital. Officer locates the woman in triage and the driver says he wants to ‘forget about it.’
Tuesday, June 12
10:32 a.m. Police issue a summons to Kevin Kulic, 35, of New Windsor, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
10:43 a.m. Police issue a summons to Donna Leaden, 50, of New Windsor for driving 53 mph in 40 mph zone on Jackson Avenue.
12:52 p.m. Police issue a summons to Joan Hughes, 72, of Newburgh, for driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
6:37 p.m. Police issue a summons to Dolores Bolton, 20, of New Windsor, for driving 49 mph in a 30 mph zone on Route 32.
6:58 p.m. Police respond to a report of a dog at large and after pursuing the animal, used pepper spray and a dog catcher pole to secure the animal and transport it to the dog shelter.

1:08 a.m. Police respond to a domestic dispute involving roommates and broken belongings.
3:30 p.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Route 32.
5:04 p.m. Police issue a summons for lack of inspection certificate.
8:21 p.m. Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Route 9W.
8:44 p.m. Police issue two summonses to Erika Sambrano, 32, of Maybrook for vehicle and traffic violations.
9:41 p.m. Police issue a summons to Scott Tietz, 35, of Highland Falls for a vehicle and traffic violation.
