9:30 a.m. Police issue a summons to David Roth, 46, of Newburgh, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
5:04 p.m. Police respond to a deer vs motor vehicle accident on Route 9W.
6:40 p.m. Police respond to a report of a missing seven-year-old girl who was separated from her brothers while riding bicycles. The girl returns while officer is present.
8:05 p.m. Police respond to a report of a stranded jet skier in the middle of the Hudson River between the Cornwall Yacht Club and Plum Point and assist water rescue.
Friday, June 1
12:12 a.m. Police come upon a tractor/trailer trying to back out of Mountain Road onto Route 9W and assist by stopping traffic, then escort the truck to Mill Street in Cornwall.
5:06 p.m. Police issue a summons to Keith Cobb, 33, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
