2:32 a.m. Police respond to a report of a brush fire at the railroad tracks near River and Shore Roads that prevented the train from crossing, After the fire department put out the fire, a foot patrol found no sign of anyone.
10:05 a.m. Police issue a summons for parking without a permit at the riverfront.
10:50 a.m. Police issue a summons for parking without a permit at the riverfront.
11:53 a.m. Police respond to a brush fire between the tracks and the river on Shore Road. Fire extinguished by the village fire department.
1:00-1:53 p.m. Police issue six summonses for parking without a permit at the riverfront.
Monday, May 14
11:25 a.m. Police take a report of a larceny from a vehicle parked overnight on Hudson Street of a Verizon phone and an MP3 player.
1:34 p.m. Police issue a summons to Many Yannone, 40, of Chelsea, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
1:40 p.m. Police issue a summons to Jenny Fiore, 19, of Cornwall, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
Tuesday, May 15
5:32 p.m. Police issue a summons to Jordan Gigante, 19, of Cornwall, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
6:28 p.m. Police issue a summons to Denise Golglia, 44, of Cornwall, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
Wednesday, May 16
9:01 p.m. Police respond to Storm King School for a report of an overdose by two male students who consumed four bottles of cough syrup. The students, who said they were taking the syrup to get high not to harm themselves, were transported to St. Lukes’s Cornwall hospital.
