7:31 a.m. Police investigate a report of a larceny of tools from a landscaping truck parked on Industry Drive that occurred between September 18 and 21st.
9:36 p.m. Police respond to a domestic dispute.
11:52 p.m. Police assist village police with a domestic incident.
Tuesday, September 22
3:15 p.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Main Street.
4:00 p.m. Police issue a ticket to a driver for not wearing a seat belt on Quaker Avenue.
4:15 p.m. Police advisor a man suspected of soliciting money outside of the CVS store to stop.
4:25 p.m. Police respond to a domestic incident.
5:52 p.m. Police take possession of a bicycle found behind a dumpster in the municipal parking lot after a witness reported seeing man leave it there.
10:22 p.m. Police assist village police with a domestic incident.
11:35 p.m. Police arrest 25-year-old Alain Delva, of Newburgh, for speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Route 32.
Wednesday, September 23
11:37 a.m. Police take a report of an attempt to open two credit card accounts using the stolen identity of a Cornwall resident.
2:47 p.m. Police arrest 23-year-old Brian McKearnin for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and for driving on the shoulder of the roadway after he was stopped on Route 9W.
8:03 p.m. Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Route 9W.
Thursday, September 24
6:27 a.m. Police respond to a car vs. deer accident on Route 9W.
10:53 a.m. Police issue a ticket to a driver for driving 64 mph in a 45 mph zone on Route 9W.
3:11 p.m. Police charge 41-year-old Byron Gregorio, of Spring Valley, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving without a license, driving on the shoulder of the roadway and with an equipment failure after he was stopped on Route 9W.
3:31 p.m. Police make an arrest in a domestic dispute.
6:22 p.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Route 94 involving a parked vehicle.
Friday, September 25
12:41 a.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident, with no injuries, on Route 9W near the town of Highlands line.
6:30 p.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Route 9W.
7:53 p.m. Police advise a group of juveniles on Main Street to move along.
8:46 p.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage on Maple St.
11:52 pm. Police assist New Windsor police to break up a loud party.
Saturday, September 26
1;00 p.m. Police arrest 29-year-old Thomas Turner of Wurtsboro for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and speeding after he was stopped on Route 9W.
1:38 p.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Route 9W near the Cadet Motel.
2:33 p.m. Police strongly advise a male against soliciting money at Cornwall Plaza.
4:10 p.m. Police investigate a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle on Lockwood Lane.
Sunday, September 27
3:17 a.m. Police respond to a complaint of noise at an unidentified locale on Main Street and advise bartender.

5:03 p.m. Police charge 51-year-old William Bailey of Cornwall with criminal trespass in the third degree.
