Thursday, April 12
4:55 p.m. Police issue a summons to Charles Thompson, 46, of Newburgh, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
Friday, April 13
4:36 p.m. Police issue a summons to Thomas Gray, 16, of Highland Mills, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
8:20 p.m. Police respond to a woman at the municipal parking lot who appeared highly intoxicated and who said she was depressed and had taken some pills. She is taken to Cornwall hospital.
9:51 p.m. Police assist an intoxicated person home from the village.
Saturday, April 14
12:12 a.m. Police disperse a group of juveniles on Hudson Street.
8:16 p.m. Police issue a summons to Lincol Bashualdo, 24, of New Windsor, for speeding on Route 9W.
8:30 p.m. Police issue a summons to James Ward, 49, of Newburgh, for speeding on Route 9W.
9:20 p.m. Police arrest Melanie Mitchell, 36, of Newburgh for driving with a suspended license on Route 9W.
