Monday, July 6
Police charge a 16-year-old male from Newburgh with unlawfully dealing with fireworks, reckless endangerment in the second degree and unlawful possession of marijuana following investigation of an incident on the 4th of July in town hall park.
Tuesday, July 7
Police charge 38-year-old Beth M. Guarneri, of Haverstraw, with agrravated unlawful operation of a motor vehicle and two parking violations on Mailler Avenue.
Wednesday, July 8
Police arrest Vernon Moreland, age 24, of Cornwall, on an outstanding warrant.
Police arrest Paul Nardella, age 47, of Cornwall, for petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property after allegedly leaving Key Foods with a bag of food worth $53.61 without paying..
Police arrest Kyle Devlin, age 22, of Monroe, on an outstanding warrant.
Thursday, July 9
Police arrest George Bilyou, age 55, of New Windsor, on an outstanding warrant.
Police charge 38-year-old Kathryn Rivera, of Warwick, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with driving wit an expired inspecetion sticker.
Police charge an 18-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson with unlawfully dealing with fireworks after an investigation of fireworks being set off in Laurecrest Park.
Saturday, July 11
Police charge 30-year-old Leonard Wennerberg with unlawfully dealing with fireworks after oberving fireworks being set off at the low point of Route 218.
