The Cornwall Historical Society is celebrating our 10th Anniversary and once again this year, we will have a booth at the Cornwall Independence Day on the grounds of the Town Hall. Each year, we present historic artifacts and memorabilia about Cornwall’s rich history that shows the significance of community spirit that has been our cornerstone for generations.
We are grateful for the volunteer community effort of the Cornwall Independence Day Committee, and are very aware of the constraints that funding has on the event.
If each family that has ever enjoyed spending the day at the pet contest, art contest, craft fair, parade, music, historic pageant, and closing the evening with a wonderful fireworks display, would donate $10, we, as a community, would show our gratitude to the volunteers who have given us this splendid event.
