8:42 a.m. Police respond to a report of an animal acting rabid on Clark Avenue. Officer observes a racoon stumbling and having trouble breathing, then puts it down.
1:55 p.m. Police respond to a report of cash missing from a vehicle on Mountain Road. Victim said three $20 bills were taken from her wallet that she had left overnight in an unlocked vehicle.
3:40 p.m. Police tell a group of juveniles to move along from the elementary school.
5:48 p.m. Police take three guns into custody for safekeeping after responding to a domestic dispute between a couple.
7:38 p.m. Police tell a group of juveniles in the municipal parking lot to move along.
9:44 p.m. Police tell a group of juveniles in two cars at the municipal parking lot to move along.
Monday, September 25
6:57 p.m. Police tell a group of juveniles on Hudson Street to move along.
8:45 p.m. Police report to Central Hudson that electrical lines are arcing on Mountain Road.
Tuesday, September 26
5:40 p.m. Police respond to a complaint of a disturbance in the municipal parking lot where officer finds an SUV with three subjects in the back seat and two men sitting on the guard rail. All are moved along.
Wednesday, September 27
5:49 a.m. Loretta Smith, 50, of Newburgh, is ticketed for driving 51 mph in a 30 mph zone.
5:03 p.m. An 18-year-old male is charged with a vehicle violation on Hudson Street.
6:33 p.m. Police tell a group of disorderly adults on Hudson Street to move along.
