The witness yelled at the men, who then got out of the car and left. One of them was described as wearing a yellow or gold sweat suit with a hood over his head. The owner of the car reported that a pack of Newport cigarettes had been taken from her car.

Police canvas the area and find another car on Idlewild Avenue that had been broken into. The owner of the car tells police that she had lost stereo equipment, tv and radio, and photography equipment that had been in the unlocked car.

Police see the teen after responding to a report of a fight in progress in the parking lot. Police do not see the alleged fighters but they do see the teenaged girl “staggering with a water bottle in her hand.” When asked what was in the bottle, she says, “Vodka, and please don’t take it away.” The teen is released to her mother due to the fact that she is ‘highly intoxicated.” She faces a court appearance on October 11.
