That is why I am proud to partner with Councilman Andrew Regenbaum and Horizon Family Medical Group to provide our district’s first responders, teachers and essential personnel with free COVID-19 antibody testing. These tests show whether you have the antibody response necessary to provide immunity against future COVID-19 infection. The antibody test is a vital component to a healthy community and as the health crisis continues and with schools set to reopen I strongly encourage all first responders, teachers and essential personnel to take advantage of this opportunity. I want to thank Councilman Regenbaum and Horizon Family Medical Group for being partners with me in delivering this critical service for free across the 99th District. Horizon Family Medical always goes above and beyond for our communities and this generous partnership directly contributes to securing the long term well being of all communities in our assembly district.”

New Windsor Town Councilman Andrew Regenbaum stated, “The COVID-19 pandemic has caused unprecedented difficulties for so many individuals, families and businesses. That is why it has been more important than ever for government and business to work together to help the community overcome these challenges. To that end, I am happy to partner with the Assemblyman and Horizon Family Medical Group to offer free antibody testing to first responders, teachers and essential personnel in every town of the 99th District. Horizon Family Medical Group unquestionably cares for the health and well being of all residents of the communities they serve and that is all the more evident today by this generous donation of time, personnel and supplies. I strongly encourage all who are eligible to sign up for this testing. “

Jim Olver, CEO, Horizon Family Medical Group stated, “On behalf of the Horizon Family Medical Group, I would like to thank New York State Assemblyman Colin Schmitt and New Windsor Councilman Andrew Regenbaum for partnering with us in an effort to provide free antibody testing for COVID-19 to first responders, teachers and essential personnel.
