Arrests
06/28/2016 Christopher L Torelli, age 36, of Highland Mills, NY was arrested and charged with grand larceny in the third degree.
06/28/2016 A 27 yr old female from Greenwood Lake, NY was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
06/30/16 Toni-Ann Caggiano, age 21, of Middletown, NY was arrested and charged with DWAI drugs after she was involved in a motor vehicle crash where she rolled her vehicle. She was also charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
06/30/16 Chester F Hayes, age 20, of Washingtonville, NY was arrested for DWI and on drug charges.
07/02/16 Jack V Graziano III, age 44, of Cornwall NY was arrested and charged with suspended registration, an equipment charge and a motor vehicle charge.
07/02/16 Juan H Vivar-Zhanay, age 41, of Danbury, CT was arrested on a bench warrant and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree.
Incidents
06/27/16 A caller reported having issues with teenagers hanging around the Cornwall Park Townhouses play area throwing beer bottles and rocks over fencesin his back yard.
06/27/16 A caller reported that she bought $400 worth of items with a gift card on Amazon and found out the sale was a fraud. Amazon credited her back the $400 but she wanted to have a Police report on file.
06/29/16 A caller reported a green backpack left at the station at the MTA train stop. Owner of bag located and bag returned to owner.
06/30/16 Police advise a dog owner not to tie up their dog at the basketball courts. The owner said she did that because dogs were not allowed at the park.
07/01/16 Police assist MTA Police in removing a highly intoxicated male from the train.
07/02/16 Police assist with a Fedex truck caught on the end of a driveway near Quaker Ave.
07/02/16 Police issue a summons toa driver speeding on Angola Rd.
07/03/16 Police respond to a vacant house were it was reported that a group of individuals were breaking glass. All parents of the individuals were notified and picked up their children. Photos were taken but no owner phone number is available. No address in report.
06/27/16 Subjects on Resevoir Rrd. spotted a bear and ran away. Police advised what to do in a future bear encounter.
06/28/16 A caller reported an attempt at fraud concerning his bank acct. He gave his checking account information out to a stranger over the phone.
06/29/16 A construction company reported criminal mischief to their equipment on Stone Hollow.
