2:31 p.m. Police respond to a criminal mischief complaint on Avenue B where a resident reported that her Christmas lights on her fence had gone out out and appeared to have been cut.
Monday, December 11
8:55 a.m. Police respond to a civil matter between a contractor and a resident in which the homeowner said he was having problems with the contractor working on his residence and said he would not be finishing the job. The homeowner stated that the contractor had taken building materials that were not his property. The police arranged for the return of these materials.
Tuesday, December 12
1:50 p.m. Police arrest Thomas Scully, 50, of Mountainville, for driving with a suspended license.
Wednesday, December 13
3:48 p.m. Police respond to a report of a disabled vehicle on the railroad tracks at the riverfront and arrive to find that numerous motorists had removed the vehicle from the tracks.
