9:07 a.m. Police assist New York State police and Cornwall Town police with a foot pursuit in the area of Star Expansion/New York State Thruway. Subject in custody.
2:00 p.m. Police advise driver to remove his vehicle from the roadway. The driver of the van, which was blocking street traffic, had set up traffic cones, and he was being a wise guy and thought he was legally parked and didn't think he had to move his van.
11:22 p.m. Police assist town of Cornwall police with a rollover vehicle on Route 9W south at Mountain Road.
Friday, February 2
9:04 a.m. Police assist town of Cornwall police with a motor vehicle in the ditch on Route 218 at the "S curve," blocking traffic.
Saturday, February 3
8:17 a.m. Police arrest Luis Landy, 27, of White Plains for driving with a suspended license and for failure to answer outstanding summons. The suspect was arrested when police observed him in a parked vehicle on Mountain Road and advised him that he was impeding traffic.
