Thursday, April 16
1:06 a.m. Police observed three teens in the roadway on Shore Road, one lifting his shirt and dancing. All three had been consuming alcohol and were en route to retrieve a vehicle parked near the yacht club. The subjects’ parents were notified to come pick them up.
5:32 a.m. Police issue a traffic ticket on Route 218 to a 29-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
11:25 a.m. Police issue a ticket for driving 44 mph in a 30 mph zone on Route 218 to a 45-year-old male from Cornwall.
11:47 p.m. Police came upon the repossession of a vehicle at a residence. The owner of the vehicle was upset but cooperative and officer stayed until the repossession was completed.
Friday, April 17
12:43 a.m. Police observe a vehicle on Reservoir Road and could smell marijuana. The driver said he had smoked marijuana earlier but a search found none. The driver was put through a field sobriety test and released.
5:03 a.m. Police respond to a medical call with Covac.
12:20 p.m. Police issue a ticket to a vehicle parked at the riverfront without a permit.
2:44 p.m. Police issue a ticket for driving 51 mph in a 30 mph zone on Bayview Avenue to a 23-year-old male from Poughkeepsie.
3:06 p.m. Police issue a ticket to a vehicle parked at the riverfront without a permit.
Saturday, April 18
12:10 a.m. Police issue a ticket for a loud exhaust on a vehicle to a 22-year-old male from Walden.
9:30 a.m. Police dispatch an injured deer on Mountain Road.
4:20 p.m. Police issue a traffic ticket on Route 218 to a 32-year-old male from New York City.
4:57 p.m. Police issue a traffic ticket on Route 218 to a 44-year-old male from Nanuet.
7:24 p.m. Police remove a group of juveniles from Cornwall-on-Hudson elementary school.

ok, I am sorry this is so old-news but the P.B. has been pretty tame lately, thanks in part to our law abiding citizens and the work of our men in blue... but - a field sobriety test is only for alcohol consumption... there is no field not stoned test... shouldn't the police know this? or maybe the officer was just messing with the stoner? I know I would have.
