3:44 a.m. Police respond to a request from the Town police to investigate a report of a fight in progress on Main Street. Police do not find a physical fight but speak with several male subjects outside the Shamrock Pub who said there had been a verbal argument. Subjects appeared to be intoxicated and claimed they were awaiting a taxi.
Monday, February 12
11:21 a.m. Police issue a summons to Debra Satkowski, 49, of New Windsor, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
11:46 a.m. Police issue a summons to Gerald Jones, 55, of Newburgh, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
2:44 p.m. Police issue a summons to Edward Diaz, 50, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
4:55 p.m. Police advise skateboarders at the gazebo on Hudson Street to move along.
Tuesday, February 13
11:06 a.m. Police issue a susmmons to Michael Charter, 40, of Marlboro, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
11:55 a.m. Police issue a summons to Philip Beisel, 27, of Kingston, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
2:45 p.m. Police respond to a report of a possible break-in and speak with the resident who said he left his residence between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. and when he returned he noticed that the inside of it appeared that things had been moved around. No forced entry into the residence as it was locked. Things appear to be out of sorts but nothing appears to be missing. Resident spoke with his realtor who stated that she had moved the items around to take photos for the selling.
Wednesday, February 14
9:16 p.m. Police receive a report of a vehicle that rolled down the owner's driveway and hit a van, which was damaged on the bumper.
