Thursday, April 9
12:38 a.m. Police ticket a 22-year-old male from Fort Montgomery and impound his vehicle that had switched plates on it.
7:40 a.m. Police respond to a report of a man panhandling at the DB Mart and strongly advise him.
11:36 a.m. Police ticket an 18-year-old female driver from Vail’s Gate on Bayview Avenue.
12:00 p.m. Police charge 21-year-old Richard Lapinski, of New Windsor, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and with driving 53 mph in a 30 mph zone on Bayview Avenue.
3:06 p.m. Police pick up an abandoned red Roadmaster mountain bicycle on Clark Street.
5:12 p.m. Police ticket a 28-year-old female from Bear Mountain for speeding on Bayview Avenue.
5:52 p.m. Police issue two tickets on Bayview Avenue to a 22-year-old male from Cornwall.
6:27 p.m. Police issue two tickets on Hudson Street to a 24-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
8:00 p.m. Police issue a ticket on Hudson Street to a 75-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson.
8:17 p.m. Police issue a ticket on Main Street to a 19-year-old female from Walden.

8:32 a.m. Police investigate a report of two broken and damaged headstones in the Willow Dell cemetery.
8:59 a.m. Police issue a ticket on Route 218 to a 28-year-old female from Salisbury Mills.
2:44 p.m. Police move along a group of juveniles playing in the woods behind Willow Dell cemetery.
3:50 p.m. Police ticket a vehicle parked at the riverfront without a permit.
5:21 p.m. Police ticket a 19-year-old female from New Windsor on Route 218.
5:43 p.m. Police charge 21-year-old Gisela Pena, of Newburgh, with driving with a suspended license and with speeding.
11:08 p.m. Police charge 20-year-old Lisa Montanaro, of Highland Mills, with unlawful possession of alcohol after she was observed putting a few cases of beer into her vehicle at the DB Mart.

10:30 a.m. Police investigate a report of criminal mischief at a residence on Second Street.
11:50 a.m. Police assist town police with an arrest at Hudson and Main Streets.
1:00 p.m. Police investigate a report of a vehicle stolen from Tom’s Tavern.
7:34 p.m. Police assist town police on a medical call.
