9:57 a.m. Police assist town police in responding to a disturbance at Tony’s Deli.
10:29 p.m. Police respond to a custodial dispute and resolve it.
11:18 p.m. Police respond to a report of a loud party on the railroad tracks and discover it was at the beach in base 5’s area.
Saturday, May 5
12:31 a.m. Police arrest an 18-year-old male found walking on Shore Road with a large bottle of vermouth in his hand. He is charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
10:44 a.m –4:18 p.m. Police issue summonses to ten vehicles parked at the riverfront without a parking permit.
2:37 p.m. Police charge Gregory Anzalone, 22, of New Windsor, with unlawful possession of marijuana after he was stopped for speeding on Bayview Street and he was found to driving with a revoked driver’s license.
7:17 p.m. Police issue a summons to Jean Carlos Picon, 16, of Middletown, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
7:50 p.m. Police issue a summons to DB Passantino, 61, of New Windsor, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
8:00 p.m. Police issue a summons to Robert Manno, 46, of Salisbury Mills, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
8:00 p.m. Police issue a summons to Eligio Lavezzari, 31, of Newburgh, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
8:00 p.m. Police issue a summons to Tyecha Stewart, 34, of Owings Mills, for a vehicle and traffic violation.
9:56 p.m. Police arrest Tawney McQueen, 42, of Freeport, New York, for driving with a suspended driver’s license and also issue a summons for two vehicle and traffic violations.
