To the Editor:
I am taking this opportunity to thank all the voters of the Village of Cornwall on Hudson for their support on March 18th with my re-election as Village Trustee. As well, I would like to thank the other Trustee candidates for their courteous and honest campaigns.
Ten years ago when I was first asked to run, I never expected to be seeking a sixth term. I appreciate all the input, both positive and critical, since that time, without such input it is not possible for me to develop an opinion and position on many matters, such that I can then make an effort to accomplish the desired goal. The overwhelming support I received this election is sincerely appreciated and it makes all the time and work involved in my last ten years as Trustee and Deputy Mayor more rewarding.
Again, thank you and I look forward to representing the Village on the many important matters we face over the next two years.
