To the Editor:
I would like to start out by wishing Mayor Gross luck this week. I encourage all who live in this Village to go vote, but I ask you all vote wisely. As someone who has at times been a voice of disagreement I would like to say that I am proud of our Mayor and all of the effort he has put in. I went to the Village to argue against the closing of the Dock Hill Rd extension, and I tend to voice my opinions online.
It is very easy to support a candidate that you always agree with, but I feel it is also important to voice support for the candidates that you do not always see eye to eye with. I feel that Mayor Gross has fought hard to do what he feels is best for this community. Even though I may have my disagreements, it gives me comfort to know that our Mayor is hard working and impassioned about his hometown. I feel that of the two candidates presented to us Joe Gross displays more love for the Village and less desire for personal gain.

Comments:
You're right, Melissa.
Whether you agree or disagree with Joe on an issue, there's never any doubt that he's sincere and loves this Village deeply.
And that counts for a lot.
