General News: Accident Leads to DWI Arrest

A Cornwall woman was arrested for driving while intoxicated after she was involved in a one-car accident on Mill Street on Tuesday afternoon.
Police chief Todd Hazard said that the woman, Sherry Clark, age 46, of Mill Street, had to be extricated from her vehicle after it left the road while she was driving. She was taken to St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital for treatment, where she was later charged with DWI.
