I am pleased that Mark Edsall once again is running for Village Trustee. For more than ten years I worked with Mark in his professional capacity as Engineer for the Planning Board in the Town of New Windsor. Mark is the most knowledgeable and forward-thinking engineer with whom I had the privilege to work. As re-elected Village Trustee, Mark will continue to bring his expertise in master planning to the Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson at no additional cost. Mark is also experienced in preparing the local laws which bring the master plan to life. I encourage Village residents to vote for the qualified and dedicated Mark Edsall on March 18, 2009.
