Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson Police Department

Sunday, January 25
2:22 p.m.  Police charge 33-year-old Nicole Sudial, of Tomkins Cove, with criminal possession of a controlled substance after officers find a bottle with hydrocodone pills after stopping her vehicle on Hudson Street.

10:27 p.m.  Police issue a ticket for driving a car with no headlight to an 18-year-old male from Cornwall-on-Hudson.


Monday, January 26
8:29 a.m.  Police respond to a motor vehicle accident involving a school bus that backed into a car on Mountain Road near Storm King School.

1:32 p.m.  Police investigate a report of a GPS stolen from a motor vehicle parked on Donahue Lane from January 18 to 26.

3:29 p.m.  Police respond to a complaint of obscene gesturing by a male at the DB Mart.

5:46 p.m. Police respond with fire and ambulance units to assist student with a back injury at Storm King School.

5:57 p.m.  Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Hudson Street near Columbus.


Tuesday, January 27
11:53 a.m.  Police charge 21-year-old Christopher Keating on New Windsor with illegal possession of marijuana and with driving with a suspended license after stopping his vehicle at Cumberland Farms for not having a valid inspection sticker.

1:34 p.m.  Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Boulevard.

4:48 p.m.  Police respond to a report of a water leak in an unoccupied residence and contact the water department to turn off the water.


Wednesday,  January 28, 2009
1:22 a.m.  Police issue a traffic ticket on Academy Avenue to a 21-year-old male driver from Newburgh.

2:44 p.m.  Police investigate a report of forged checks used to withdraw funds from an account at Walden Savings Bank.
