11:54 a.m. Police investigate a report of personal items taken from an employee locker at Cornwall Hospital.
5:32 p.m. Police respond to a report of an injured deer on Route 9W and dispatch the animal.
6:27 p.m. Police assist village police with a rollover on Shore Road.
7:40 p.m. Police respond to a report of a man begging at the CVS store and advise subject.
9:24 p.m. Police issue a traffic ticket on Route 9W.
10:15 p.m. Police issue a ticket for driving 74 mph in a 55 mph zone on Route 32.
Tuesday, January 6
9:26 a.m. Police respond to a complaint of an unleashed dog often walked in the neighborhood and advise owner.
1:24 p.m. Police issue a ticket to a driver operating a vehicle with a suspended license.
3:06 p.m. Police take a report of a Washingtonville bus that was on a training route at the corner of Hazen and Main Streets when it made a turn and one of the bus’s windows struck a stop sign and shattered the window.
5:15 p.m. Police take a report of a purse left behind at Key Food that was not there when the owner went to look for it.
7:08 p.m. Police arrest a subject on a bench warrant from New Windsor.
Wednesday, January 7
5:40 a.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on Orrs Mills Road in which a driver headed east near Brook Hollow Road crossed to the north side and hit an electrical pole.
9:17 a.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle rollover on Mineral Springs Road in which subjects were trapped inside. State police handle the accident.
9:46 a.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident in which a yellow cab was stuck in a snow embankment and find that the driver does not have a license.
5:45 p.m. Police investigate a report of fraudulent charges to a Key Bank card.
6:50 p.m. Police respond to a report of a vehicle off the roadway on Angola Road.
Thursday, January 8
11:41 a.m. Police respond to a report of a vehicle in the ditch and ticket the driver for an expired probationary license.
5:34 p.m. Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Route 94 and Riley Road.
Friday, January 9
4:33 a.m. Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Route 94.
6:25 a.m. Police respond to Cornwall hospital to assist with an unruly mental health patient.
