General News: Public Hearing on Master Plan

The village master comprehensive plan will be discussed at a public meeting to be held on Saturday, January 17, at 11 a.m. at village hall.
The village board of trustees voted Monday to set the hearing to begin after its monthly meeting, which is scheduled to start at 10 a.m.
In recent months, members of the Master Plan Committee have been calling for action on the document, which has been in the trustees’ hands since July 2007. After several committee members confronted the board at a meeting in November, it quickly held a special meeting to take action on the proposed master comprehensive plan.
A copy of the proposed Master Plan may be downloaded at the bottom of this page. A copy of the plan is also available to the public in the village office on Hudson Street.
