Thursday, November 6
6:56 p.m. Police respond to the DB Mart where the owner reports that he saw a male about 21-years-old put a nail clipper from the store shelf into his pocket. The owner told the subject to put it back and he complied, then left the store. Owner wanted a record of the matter.
Friday, November 7
12:46 a.m. Police charge 23-year-old Evan Hayes-Cohen, of Mountanville, 23-year-old John Hembree, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, and 21-year-old Michael McGuire, of New Windsor, with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, after they were observed in a vehicle parked the wrong way on Duncan Avenue with a green leafy substance in view on the console. Two of the men also had the substance, which later tested positive for marijuana, in their pockets. Two other people in the car were identified and walked away from the scene.
10:48 a.m. Police respond to a motor vehicle accident on northbound Route 9W in which the driver said he lost control over his vehicle and it hit the center median and rolled over several times.
12:07 p.m. Police respond to a report of an customer at DB Mart who became unruly over a scratch-off ticket.
2:00 p.m. Police assist town police with an out-of-control mental health patient in the emergency room of the hospital.
6:45 p.m. Police remove three juveniles who were jumping off the front steps of Cornwall-on-Hudson elementary school on their bicycles.
Saturday, November 8
1:30 a.m. Police charge 49-year-old Donna Lenmark of Cornwall-on-Hudson with DWI after stopping her vehicle for a vehicle and traffic violation on Hudson Street.
2:18 p.m. Police investigate a reported robbery of an apartment at 28 Duncan Avenue.
