Monday, October 13
3:16 a.m.  Police observe subjects on Willow Avenue and contact the mother of one girl who responded and picked up the two females who were staying at her house.  Officer transports the males.

8:51 a.m. Police issue a traffic ticket at Chase Bank to a 19-year-old female from Cornwall.

9:12 a.m.  Police issue a traffic ticket on Route 32 to a 30-year-old male from Wallkill for driving 57 mph in a 40 mph zone.

9:32 a.m. Police issue a ticket for driving 56 mph in a 40 mph zone o Route 32 to a 49-year-old male from New Windsor.

9:47 a.m.  Police issue a ticket for driving 57 mph in a 40 mph zone on Route 32 to a 27-year-old female from New Windsor.

10:25 a.m.  Police issue a ticket for driving 61 mph in a 40 mph zone on Route 32 to a 36-year-old male from East Elmhurst.

11:04 a.m. Police issue a ticket for not wearing a seat belt to a 45-year-old male from New Windsor.

11:08 a.m.  Police issue a ticket for driving 55 mph in a 40 mph zone to a 47-year-old female from Goshen.

11:52 a.m.  Police issue a ticket for driving with a suspended license and a ticket for no brake light to a 33-year-old female from Highland Falls.

1:05 p.m.  Police issue a ticket on Route 9W for driving 55 mph in a 40 mph zone to a 53-year-old female from New City.

2:02 p.m.  Police issue a ticket for driving 57 mph in a 40 mph zone on Route 9W to a 61-year-old female from Highland Falls.

2:12 p.m.  Police locate and dispatch an injured deer on Mineral Springs Road.

2:23 p.m.  Police issue a ticket for driving 57 mph in a 40 mph zone on Route 32 to a 46-year-old female from Gardiner.

4:45 p.m.  Police arrest Robert DeGraw, 26, of Middletown on a bench warrant.

7:10 p.m.  Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Angola Road.

8:50 p.m.  Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Route 32.

9:19 p.m.   Police remove a deer from the roadway on Orrs Mills Road.

9:49 p.m.  Police respond to a deer vs. motor vehicle accident on Route 32.


Tuesday, October 14
11:00 a.m.  Police investigating a hit-and-run accident arrest a 17-year-old female wanted on a warrant from New York Office of Child and Family Services.

3:24 p.m.  Police issue a parking ticket on Main Street.

6:58 p.m.  Police respond to a report of a subject walking down Main Street causing a disturbance.  Responding officer starts to speak to the subject, Peter Doviak, 48, who becomes combative and begins to fight with the officer. Doviak was arrested and charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury to an combative and began to fight with the officer.  The officer was injured in his thumb and officer, a felony, with resisting arrest, and with disorderly conduct.

7:34 p.m.  Police take a report of food items thrown at a residence on Sheldon Drive.

9:19 p.m.  Police respond to a report of a woman screaming and crying and determine it resulted from a mother-daughter dispute.


Wednesday, October 15
2:55 p.m.  Police issue a traffic ticket on Route 32 to a 60-year-old female from Wappingers Falls.

4:30 p.m.  Police investigate a report of a yellow 21-speed bicycle stolen from outside the CVS pharmacy.

10:30 p.m.  Police respond to a report of a fight at the Shamrock Tavern.
